RDO Welcomes Ms. Rubiano as the New Office Director
Hits: 1454By virtue of University Order No. 2021.028 as per the 20th of May 2021, Ms. Florinda O. Rubiano, MAN has been designated as the new director of BPSU Research and Development Office. Ms. Rubiano was a former Dean of the College of Nursing and Midwifery (CNM) in 2015 to 2016 and has been a technical staff of RDO from 2018 before she was designated as the OIC Director in October 1, 2020 to May 19, 2021.
With the designation of the new director in the new normal, the office will ceaselessly intensify its operations to continuously provide assistance to the researchers of the University despite the challenges brought to us by the pandemic. RDO, with Director Rubiano’s assistance, will work towards the ultimate goal of promoting and strengthening the research culture of Bataan Peninsula State University.
