Students Research Seminar at Orani Campus

The Research and Development Office of Orani Campus headed by Dr. Felicisima E. Tungol, sponsored a research seminar for students entitled “Research: Now and Beyond” last January 27, 2010 at the HRM Hostel, BPSU Orani Campus.

The one-day event aimed to equip students with skills in formulating research proposals related to the emerging needs of the society. Participated in by students from the Bachelor of Elementary Education, BS Industrial Technology, and BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management, the participants were divided into two groups categorized into Technology Research and Social Behavioral Research.

Director Arlene D. Ibañez of RDO and Science Research Specialist Reynan P. Calderon shared their expertise through lectures on Problem Identification and Proposal Generation. Also present in the event were the faculty members from the College and High School departments.
